Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery

• We ship orders within Egypt through our partner courier company.
• Delivery takes 3 to 7 days depending on the governorate.

Shipping costs

• EGP 75 to 100 depending on your area. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Shipping is free on orders from EGP 1,500.
• Orders from EGP 3,000 get 5% off, and orders from EGP 4,200 get 10% off, instead of free shipping — and the discount is always bigger than the shipping cost.

Payment and inspection

• Cash on delivery — no upfront payment.
• You can open and inspect your order in front of the courier before you pay. If anything is not as shown in the photos, don't accept it and don't pay.

Exchanges and returns

After delivery, exchanges or returns apply to manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Exchange & Return Policy.
